The ClocksShop.com always offers Free Shipping within the continental USA on all clocks purchased from Theclocksshop.com. For our customers outside of the continental USA, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and other countries please see International shipping.
The Clocksshop.com will only ship to a physical address no P.O. or APO boxes will be excepted.
The Clocks Shops carrier for the free shipping offer is UPS ground. Your shipment is insured for up to $100.00 against loss and damage. If additional insurance is required you must purchase it at time of ordering. The Clocks Shop will not be responsible for damage or loss of a product over $100.00 if not insured for the full value

Return Policy
For Returns please contact us with your order confirmation e-mail and receipt. Returns will not be accepted with out prior written authorization. We will contact you about replacing your clock or refunding your money. All returned items must be new, in original packaging, unused, including packaging tags, warranty cards, documentation, manuals and accessories. The customer is responsible for return freight changes and insurance for full value of the product. Please see warranty section for details specific to your product. All returns are specific to the manufactures policy.

Backorder Policy
If an item is not available at the time of ordering you will be notified by email of its being placed on back order and the expected availability date. A back ordered item will not be canceled unless it is requested by the customer.
Cancelation Policy
To cancel an order contact us at info@theclocksshop.com. An order can not be canceled if it has been processed or shipped.
The Clocks Shop reserves the right to cancel an order with out notice.
Warranty Policy
Bradford Clocks
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY ON THE CLOCK CABINET
LIMITED 2 YEAR WARRANTY ON THE CLOCK MOVEMENT
Bradford clocks are guaranteed to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship as stated above. This warranty starts from the date of purchase from an authorized Bradford Clocks dealer. Bradford Clock's obligation under this guarantee is limited to repair or replacement at Bradford's option, within 30 days after notification and return of the clock to Bradford Clocks, Ltd., along with a check or money order in the amount of $10.00 to cover shipping, handling, and insurance costs. This warranty does not cover any brass hardware, decorative or functional.
This warranty does not cover any clock which, in Bradford's opinion, has been improperly repaired or altered in any way, or which has been subjected to abuse or accident, or has been set up in adverse conditions (for example, near a source of excessive heat or moisture). The clock must be properly packed and protected to insure safe delivery to our plant. No other guarantees are either expressed or implied.
Loricron Clock Company
Loricron will pick up defective items at no charge within 1 year of original invoice date. A returned item will not be excepted without a return authorization. Please contact info@theclocksshop.com for authorization.
All returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be shipped freight pre-paid. Any item returned that is not in its original condition with its original packaging will not be accepted for credit or exchange.
RiverCity Clocks
Your River City Clocks are warranted free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period or two years. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of a defective clock with charge. This warranty applies to the original owner and is not transferable. Please enclose a copy of the sales receipt. Warranty is void without proof of purchase.
Warranty service is available by returning the clock, postage prepaid, along with a check in the amount of $10.00 made payable to River City Cuckoo Clocks for return postage and handling. Please double box you clock with packing material so that is is suitable for re-mailing. Allow 2-4 weeks for warranty repair.
The Following situations are not covered under this warranty:
- Damage sustained while in transit or through misuse and abuse.
- Repairs done by anyone other than an authorized River City Service Center Technician.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY (contact us for details)

However prices, products specifications, content and polices are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee that all product discriptions content or pricing is error free. Errors in pricing, discounts, or typographical will not be honored. The Clocksshop has the right to refuse or cancel an order even if the order has been confirmed and your credit care has been charged. If your credit card has been charged we will issue a credit to your card for the purchased amount. The Clocksshop also reserves the right to discontinue items without advance notice.
